Olivia Lutaaya
Olivia was first abducted in May 2021 and held incommunicado and later charged at the military court in Makindye. She spent over three years in jail and then was released after a plea of guilty as part of negotiated settlement with the state. She was abducted on November 7, 2025 and has been in jail since.
